I enjoyed the attentive reception staff. They really care. My room felt cozy, and I slept soundly on the comfortable bed. I asked for a quiet room. I had a good night's sleep on the fifth floor. Staff accommodated my late checkout request too.
I found parking costs are not included. It surprised me. Upon check-in, I learned I must pay an extra fee per 24/hour stay. Then I had to search for it. This.

a lovely stay!

The location was very nice. I found it a quick walk to just about everything. my beautiful signature room was very clean and the bathroom felt spacious. i particularly enjoyed having a delicious dinner. Everyone in our group raved about it!!! the front desk staff were perfect.
the noise from the nightclub was pretty intense for two nights of my three-night stay. it went on until 4 am, and i struggled to get any sleep. i wish the hotel had been more accommodating, especially since this was not my first visit.

The location really shines, placing you steps away from many attractions. the breakfast selection amazed me. Fresh smoothies and various gluten-free options were available. i found the reception staff friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests i had.
I noticed the gym could use some updating. It felt a bit small for a hotel of this caliber.

Our beautiful signature room included a very spacious bathroom. It had two separate sinks. the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. a mini bar stocked with various beverages was convenient.

berzelii park is right outside the hotel, a lovely place for a stroll. you can easily reach many parts of the city by foot from here. the central location is definitely a highlight.

I stayed in the spacious superior room. It felt palatial!!! the breakfast buffet offered smoked salmon and several cheeses. A good start to each day. the location made access to nearby attractions effortless. the cute staff readily provided directions and recommendations.

i appreciated the friendly staff . they were very helpful and cute. the breakfast was also excellent with a wide selection of hot and cold items. the dining room had elegant chandeliers and a decorated ceiling.
the room furniture seemed old and not in the best condition , it did not look vintage.
